    How to make Xmas Mousse at home

    Step 1

    Start by melting the dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave

    Step 2

    Spoon a little into your cupcake liner. Make sure to "paint" around the sides of the mold so that it forms a cavity in the middle and completely covers the sides.

    Step 3

    Freeze to harden around 10 minutes or so and then un-mold.

    Step 4

    Whip up the whipping cream until light and fluffy

    Step 5

    Add green food color

    Step 6

    Cut the cake sponge and fill the chocolate cups

    Step 7

    Pipe out the whipping cream, forming an amount like a short Xmas tree, and garnish with sprinkles.
