    How to Make a Strawberry yoghurt bar at home

    Step 1

    Line an 8-inch square tin with parchment paper. Preheat oven at 180C for 15 min.

    Step 2

    In a bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. To this, add the melted butter and mix everything properly. Keep this aside.

    Step 3

    In another bowl, mix together the yogurt, whole wheat flour, and sugar.

    Step 4

    Spread 2/3rd of the oats mixture at the bottom of the prepared tin and press it firmly. Add the yoghurt mix on top of this and spread it evenly. Add the chopped strawberries on top of the yoghurt layer and finally crumble the remaining oats mixture and add it on top and press it gently.

    Step 5

    Bake for 40-45 min till the crumble is golden brown in color.

    Step 6

    Refrigerate once it cools down and then cut into pieces and serve.
