    How to make Papaya parfait at home

    Step 1

    Take some chia seeds and soak them overnight to form a well-bound seed scoop

    Step 2

    Place a tbsp of hung curd in a broad glass, top it up with some crushed papaya

    Step 3

    Layer some soaked chia seeds and some chopped papaya on top.

    Step 4

    Finish with some chopped almonds on top for some crunch

    Step 5

    Enjoy these great-looking healthy jars as an evening post-workout snack
