Always felt really bad discarding whole slices? Not to worry, we bring to you the yummiest alternative to it. This recipe enhances bread to the creamiest level. Bread stuffed with sweet mawa and nuts, dunked into a generous amount of condensed milk would be an absolute hit for your kids and family. Do try and let us know the happy results!

    How to make leftover Bread Mawa Roll at home

    Step 1

    Take bread slices and trim their edges, next roll them thinly with a rolling pin.

    Step 2

    Reduce milk with some saffron and sugar to half the quantity and keep it for cooling.

    Step 3

    Mix some mawa with the finely chopped nuts and spread a tbsp of mawa paste uniformly on the flattened bread slices. Now roll them up

    Step 4

    Place the rolled malai bread on a deep serving plate.

    Step 5

    Pour in prepared malai milk slowly on top, dipping the bread rolls a bit.

    Step 6

    Garnish with saffron and some rose petals[ optional]

    Step 7

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes and bread malai roll is ready to be served.
