    How to make Kerala Beef roast at home

    Step 1

    Clean the beef & cut into strips, Marinate with Ginger garlic paste & turmeric Keep it aside for 20-25mins

    Step 2

    Heat coconut oil add curry leaves coconut slivers sliced onion and mix well

    Step 3

    Then add marinated beef, mix well then add coriander pd, garam masala pd, chilly pd, Cook for 5-6 mins on low flame.

    Step 4

    Serve hot, check the seasonings.
