Gingerbread Cookies are the most beloved cookie of the Christmas and Holiday season. The aroma of spices used to bake these cookies blends perfectly with winter. These gingerbread cookies are also a visual treat because of their adorable look. Baking these cookies is like a part of the Christmas tradition. Soft in the center, crisp on the edges, perfectly spiced, sweetened goodness for holiday goodness.

How to make Gingerbread Man Cookies at home.
In a vessel mix flour, spices, baking soda & salt, Keep it aside
In another vessel, using the blender, beat butter, brown sugar, molasses until it reaches a fluffy texture. Then add vanilla essence & beat the egg till it is mixed properly.
Then add the flour mixture and mix it well to a soft dough. Rest the dough in a chiller for 15 mins
Then divide the dough and start rolling it into 1/4th inch thick. Then using cookie cutters[ gingerbread man shaped] cut them into desired shapes & place them in greased baking trays
Bake the cookies at 220-degree celsius for 9-10 mins till it reaches a fluffy texture.
Cool the gingerbread man cookies and then decorate them with icing & sprinkles as required.
