    How to make Gajar Halwa at home

    Step 1

    Take 2 tbsp Ghee and add 2 cups grated Carrot mix well on a pan.

    Step 2

    Add 1 cup sugar, 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder mix well.

    Step 3

    Add 1 cup milk (250ml) mix and cook.

    Step 4

    Add dry fruits and 1 cup mawa ( khoya), cook for another 5 minutes, and serve.
