    Step 1

    In a bowl, mix hung curd and honey in folding fashion, not whipping it too much.

    Step 2

    Spread the mix on a tray

    Step 3

    Drizzle with chopped pistachios, saffron strands, and crushed rose petals.

    Step 4

    Freeze it until it gets set and is hard to break.

    Step 5

    Serve frozen by roughly breaking them as barks.
