Eggless Dessert Tubs

 

1st Recipe – Chocolate Indulgence Jar
Elements Required
● Vanilla Cake Sponge
● Oreo/ Dark Fantasy biscuits
● 200 grams chopped cooking chocolate (Brand- 2M/ Morde/ Vanleer)
● 100 grams Fresh Cream (Brand- Amul/ Go/ Milkymist)
● Neutral Glaze (Transparent)
● Sprinkles for Decoration
● Any 150-200 ml Transparent Jar of your choice
● Sugar Syrup (1/4 cup water + 1 tsp sugar + essence)
Ingredients for Vanilla Cake Sponge
● Milk- 1⁄2 Cup
● Lemon Juice Or Vinegar- 1 tsp
● Maida- 3/4 Cup
● Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
● Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
● Caster Or Powder Sugar-1/2 Cup
● A pinch of Salt
● Oil- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
● Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
● Additional Milk – 1/8 cup
Procedure:
● Take 1/2 cup milk
● Add 1 tsp lemon juice or Vinegar
● Leave it for 5 minutes
● In another bowl, Sieve Maida, Caster or powder sugar, baking powder, baking soda, Cocoa powder
and a pinch of salt
● Now, take milk mixture in another bowl
● Add oil (odorless)
● Add all the dry ingredients
● Whisk it well
● Add vanilla essence or any choice of essence
● Add 1/8 cup of milk
● Cake batter is ready
● 180 degree, 10 min preheat and 30-35 min baking
● Same can be made on gas but preheat 10-15 min & baking time will be 45-50 min.

Assembling the Layers:
Cut the Sponge cake as per the shape of your jar as shown during the session. Soak them with
syrup and spread the ganache. Continue the layerings and top the dessert as per your liking.

2nd Recipe – Gulab Jamun Dessert Tub
Elements Required to assemble the dessert
● Vanilla Cake Sponge
● Fresh Gulab jamun
● Few strands of Saffron
● Sliced pistachios
● Sliced Almonds
● Whipped Cream (Brand- Tropolite/ Rich/ Silver Mark)
● Gold foil
● Any 150-200 ml Transparent Jar of your choice
● Sugar Syrup (1/4 cup water + 1 tsp sugar + essence)

Ingredients for Vanilla Cake Sponge
● Milk- 1⁄2 Cup
● Lemon Juice Or Vinegar- 1 tsp
● Maida- 3/4 Cup
● Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
● Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
● Caster Or Powder Sugar-1/2 Cup

the dessert as per your liking with gulab jamuns, saffron strands, almonds, pistachios and gold
