    How to make Chicken croquettes at home

    Step 1

    Fry garlic on a pan with butter, add some flour to it, fry till the raw smell goes away, add the milk and mix well. Add the parsley, pepper, grated cheese, and mix well.

    Step 2

    To this add the minced or shredded chicken, mushroom, and salt and keep aside to cool.

    Step 3

    Shape this mixture into small logs.

    Step 4

    Coat these logs in whisked egg white and flour slurry and crumb it in bread crumbs.

    Step 5

    Freeze these in the freezer.

    Step 6

    When needed to fry take out and deep fry in oil.

    Step 7

    Serve hot along with your favorite dip.
