    How to make Bacon bread cups at home

    Step 1

    Take mini burger buns and cut open a small cap of the bread.

    Step 2

    Make a well in it, by scooping out the bread, like open cups.

    Step 3

    Grill some bacon and chop it.

    Step 4

    In a thick bottom pan put some butter and place the bread on low flame, pop in a whole egg, and garnish with salt, oregano, chopped spring onion, and the warm chopped bacon.

    Step 5

    Cover and on very low flame cook for 5 to 8 minutes.

    Step 6

    Serve warm with ooey, gooey egg center.
