Ingredients required: Milk -1 cup Vinegar/Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Wheat flour - 1+ ½ cup Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - ½ tsp Cocoa powder - ¼ cup Jaggery Powder - ½ cup Hot water - ⅓ cup Vegetable oil - ¼ cup How to make healthy chocolate pancakes: 1. In a bowl, add vegetable oil, jaggery powder & hot water. Mix well. 2. Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and milk. Lastly, add the lemon juice/vinegar and mix well. 3. Mix until there are no lumps. Do not overmix the batter. 4. Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into a hot nonstick pan. You could Grease the pan with oil too before putting the batter. 5. Cook on low to medium flame until bubbles appear, then flip. Cook for a few seconds and make the remaining pancakes the same way. 6. Stack the pancakes together, drizzle some chocolate sauce & enjoy!
