Three Easy No-Bake Cake Recipes

Melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey together over low heat in a small saucepan. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Add the rolled oats and mix until well coated. Pour mixture into a 9-inch cake pan and press down evenly. Place in fridge for at least one hour to set. Cut and serve as desired. Enjoy!

2. Oreo No-Bake Cake 

Ingredients: 24 Oreos | 1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk | 1 tub of Cool Whip | 1 package of Oreos (for crushing) | Chocolate syrup (optional) | Maraschino cherries (optional)


Line the bottom of an 8×8 inch cake pan with 24 Oreos to evenly space them out. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the cookies, making sure each cookie is coated well. Spread a layer of Cool Whip over top of the milk mixture, then sprinkle with roughly chopped Oreos. Repeat the layering process one more time, then drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with maraschino cherries if desired before cutting and serving the cake cold

3. No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake 

Ingredients: 1 package of graham crackers, 2 tablespoons butter, melted, 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 (16 oz) package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained. 


Combine the graham crackers, butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until well combined, then fold in the strawberries. Pour mixture into an 8×8 inch cake pan and press down evenly. Place in fridge for at least one hour to set. Cut and serve as desired. Enjoy!
