    How to make Varutharucha Curry at home

    Step 1

    Take a pan and roast the grated coconut, peppercorn, cloves, cinnamon, cardamon, coriander seeds, till the aroma rises, and blend to a smooth paste. Keep it aside.

    Step 2

    In a pan heat oil, add curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, then sliced onion & tomatoes, cook well till tomato gets soften

    Step 3

    Then add roasted coconut paste cook well for 2-3 mins on low flame, add water to adjust the consistency

    Step 4

    Add jeera pd, turmeric pd, chili pd mix well

    Step 5

    Finally, add boiled eggs mix gently

    Step 6

    Check the seasonings served hot.
