    How to make Vada pav at home

    Step 1

    Make a batter with besan, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and add required water and keep aside,

    In a pan add oil and splatter the mustard seeds

    Step 3

    To this add green chilli chopped followed by chopped garlic, curry leaves, and turmeric powder

    Step 4

    Cook them well then add it to the boiled potato and mix well, with some salt and turmeric powder.

    Step 5

    Let the masala cool then make them into round ball shapes.

    Step 6

    Dip these individually into prepared batter and deep fry with oil until golden brown.

    Step 7

    The vada is ready now. Let’s make vada pav with pav bread.

    Cut in the middle of the pav, without completely making into halves, add peanut chutney followed by prepared vada

    Step 9

    Close the bun again then the vada pav is ready to enjoy.
