Thukpa is a traditional soup recipe from Tibet. It has been adopted widely in a lot of Indian states from there like Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, parts of north Bengal, etc. It was at first made from the mutton stew and fresh noodles boiled in the stock. We have a spicy variation with chicken which is the most popular one. It’s an absolute winter delight, full of nutrition and yumminess.
