This dish is believed to have started in the City of Bologna in Italy from as early as the 1700s. It’s pretty controversial as another set of historians believe that it was from the UK as the addition of spaghetti in the dish was invented there. Amidst these discrepancies, the world absolutely loves this dish as it checks of all the boxes for a meaty foodie!
