    Step 1

    Take hung curd and gently fold in the honey and vanilla essence.

    Step 2

    Place a tbsp of this in a broad glass, top it with half of the fruits and nuts

    Step 3

    Layer again this with the curd and repeat the procedure

    Step 4

    Enjoy as an evening post-workout snack.
