    How to make Pork Vindaloo at home

    Step 1

    Take some oil, add ginger & garlic, add peppercorns, fenugreek seeds, jeera seeds, dry red chili, coriander seeds, turmeric, and grated coconut, and roast for some time. Let it cool and make it into a fine paste.

    Step 2

    Marinate this pork with the above paste along with the vinegar for 1 hour.

    Step 3

    Heat oil, add green chilies & the onion puree. Cook well then add the tomato puree and cook it well till oil releases.

    Step 4

    Add the marinated pork, saute well, add water if required, cover, and cook till it’s done 80 percent. Add the diced potatoes and cook well

    Step 5

    Mix well, adjust the consistency, check the seasoning and serve hot.
