    How to make Plum cake muffins at home

    Step 1

    In a bowl soak all the dried fruits in orange juice. And let it rest for 1 hour.

    Step 2

    In another bowl, add, All-purpose Flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Ginger powder, Cinnamon powder, mix well. And keep aside.

    Step 3

    In a big mixing bowl, add Curd, Oil, and Brown Sugar. Whisk till creamy.

    Step 4

    Now, add the Dry ingredients into the wet in batches.

    Step 5

    Lastly add the Soaked Fruits mixture and fold the batter.

    Step 6

    Transfer to the Muffin liners and bake at 170°C for 18-20 minutes.
