    How to make Chicken ghee roast at home

    Step 1

    Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, turmeric pd, garam masala pd, red chilly pd, onion, ginger garlic paste, and ghee. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    Heat the pan with ghee, add curry leaves, garlic, dry red chilies, then add the marinated chicken, cook well and add pepper powder.

    Step 3

    Mix well and check for the seasoning.
