    How to Make Hummus Sandwich

    Step 1

    Throw everything together in a small mixer jar and grind it to a smooth consistency. Green Hummus: •Chana -1/2 cup (cooked) •Mint + Coriander - 1 handful •Garlic - 1 big clove •Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp •Lemon juice- 1 tbsp •Green Chilli - 2 •Roasted White Sesame - 1 tsp •Aquafaba (cooked Chana water) - 1 tbsp •Olive Oil - 1 tsp •Salt - 1/2 tsp

    Step 2

    Sandwich: •Toast the multigrain bread with butter until golden brown on both the sides.

    Step 3

    •Spread the pink hummus and layer it with cucumber, onion and tomato slice.

    Step 4

    •Cover it with bread and spread the green hummus.

    Step 5

    •Press it down slightly to bring everything together and it’s ready.


    •Layer again with cucumber, onion, tomato and top it up with bread.
