1. Yoghurt (Curd)400 Gm
2. Black Cardamom1/4 Teaspoon
3. Milk50 Ml
4. Sugar250 Gm
5. Saffron2 Pnches
7. Almonds
8. Pistachios
1. Start by chopping pistachios and almonds. Pour curd into a muslin cloth and hang it until the liquid is properly drained from it. Grind cardamom and make it into a powder.
2. Add sugar and curd into a bowl and thoroughly blend them to ensure the mixture is smooth.
3. Add saffron strands and cardamom powder into the mixture and thoroughly stir it. Add warm milk into the bowl and properly mix the ingredients again.
4. Use the chopped almonds and pistachios for garnishing and refrigerate it for a couple of hours before serving.
