1. Raw Banana1
2. Oil
3. Jaggery1 tsp
4. Water¼ Cup
5. Cardamom Powder½ tsp
6. Rice Flour1 tblsp
7. Dry Ginger Powder1 tsp
8. Jeera Powder½ tsp
1. Peel the raw banana and slice it into two halves. Deep fry the banana in a pan with oil for about 20 to 30 minutes or until it becomes super crispy.
2. Add water and jaggery in a pan and boil it until it becomes liquid. Strain the mixture and add it into the pan again. Now, continue to boil the mixture and make sure that it is syrupy.
3. Now add banana pieces and properly cook it with the syrup. Continue to cook it until the banana pieces are coated.
4. Add rice flour into the mixture and thoroughly mix the ingredients. Stir it and ensure that the banana pieces are well coated. Now, allow it to cool and store it inside an airtight container.
