1. Wash and soak the dosa rice. Add fenugreek seeds and split black gram lentil in water for two to four hours. Now, grind all the ingredients in a mixer.
2. Add rice flakes into it with water and grind them all together. The batter would have acquired thick pouring consistency by now. Transfer it into a container and keep it aside for 12 hours, which will allow it to ferment.
3. Add salt and mix it really well with the dosa batter after 12 hours. Add 1 tsp of oil into the dosa griddle. Put it on low flame, add dosa batter, and spread it across, and cover it for a few seconds.
4. Now, flip it to the other side, cover, and cook that side too. Repeat the same steps for the remaining dosa batter.
