1. Sabudana1 cup
2. Boiled And Mashed Potato2 no
3. Roasted & Crushed Peanuts½ cup
4. Ginger Paste½ tbsp
5. Cumin / Jeera1 tbsp
6. Green Chili 1 Finely Chopped
7. Coriander2 tbsp Finely Chopped
8. SaltTo taste
9. Lemon Juice1 tbsp
10. OilFor frying
1. Take 1 cup of sabudana into a large bowl and soak it with water. Leave it undisturbed for at least three hours. Drain water from the sabudana completely before you start cooking.
2. Take a pan and add the soaked sabudana into it along with mashed potatoes and peanuts.
3. Now, add ginger paste, cumin, chilli, coriander, and salt into the mixture and mix & mash the ingredients really well.
4. Use an ape pan for frying and easily prepare sabudana vada.
