About Homemade Sabudana Khichdi: OSabudana Khichdi is a simple, gluten-free, and simple Indian dish that is commonly prepared during the Navratri fasting season.

1. Sabudana1 cup

3. Oil1 tbsp
4. Cumin seeds1 tbsp

6. Raw Peanuts1 tbsp
7. Green Chili 1-2 Chopped
8. Curry leaves6-7 no

10. Lemon Juice½ tbsp
11. Chopped Cilantro1 tbsp
1. Get rid of the starch in sabudana by rinsing it in water. The rinsed sabudana should be transferred to a bowl before adding water into it. The water in sabudana would have probably soaked up by morning. If there is excess water, be sure to drain it.
2. Press the sabudana between your thumb and index finger. If it’s getting smashed easily, it is ready for cooking. Take a pan, add oil into it, and then heat it on medium flame. Add cumin seeds to the pan when the oil is hot.
3. Add diced potatoes into the pan and cook it until the potatoes are properly cooked. Add raw peanuts and continue cooking for a couple more minutes. Now, add green curry leaves into the pan and cook for one minute.
4. The dried sabudana should be added to the pan next and you should thoroughly mix the ingredients until they are properly combined. Continue to cook until the sabudana pearls are translucent. Add cilantro and lemon juice into it and serve sabudana khichdi.
