How to Make Raseela Mutton

1. Add turmeric to the mutton pieces and set it aside for later use.

2. Add oil into a pressure cooker, heat it, and then saute cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bayleaf, and fennel seeds for 1 minute. Now, add ginger garlic paste, onion, and green chilli into it. Cook until the onions become translucent.

3. Add coriander powder, meat masala, tomatoes, and salt into the cooker and cook it for 5 minutes. Now, add mutton along with a cup of water and cook it on high pressure for 5 to 6 whistles or 30 to 40 minutes.

4. Wait for the pressure to release naturally and then open the lid & turn on the flame. If the gravy is very thick, add some water into it. Add garam masala, ghee, and kasuri methi (optional) & simmer it for four or five minutes. Adjust seasoning and then serve it.
