Ingredients of Homemade Rabdi

1. Full Fat Milk1L

2. Saffron1 Pinch

3. Sugar2 Tbsp

4. Rose Water1/4 Tsp

How to Make Homemade Rabdi

1. Add milk into a heavy bottom pan and boil it. Now, soak saffron in milk and keep it aside for later use.

2. Now, turn the heat to medium, continue to stir it, and then scrap the pan’s sides every ten to twelve minutes.

3. Now, cook the milk for an hour or until it has reduced to a quarter. Add rose water, saffron soaked in milk, and sugar. Now, cook it for three to four minutes.

4. Pour rabri in a serving bowl or earthen pots and then garnish it with pistachio silvers and almond before serving.
