1. Coconut Oil1 tsp
2. Red Chilli Powder1 tsp
3. Fenugreek Seeds¼ tsp
4. Dry Red Chilli2 nos
5. Turmeric ½ tsp
6. Grated Coconut½ cup
7. Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
8. Curd1 ½ Cup
9. Cumin Seeds1 tsp
10. Curry Leaves5 nos
11. Water¼ Cup
12. Garlic Cloves2 nos
13. Saltto taste
1. Prepare coconut paste by blending coconut with garlic cloves, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, green chillies, and water. Continue blending until you have a smooth coconut paste and then add it into a bowl.
2. You will now need to prepare buttermilk by using curd with the help of a blender. Once you have prepared it, add oil into a pan and heat it on medium flame. Make sure to add fenugreek seeds and mustard into it.
3. Add curry leaves and red chillies into the pan & salute it. You can now add coconut paste into the mixture. Stir it continuously to ensure that everything is mixed well. Add buttermilk into the pan after switching to low flame.
4. Wait until the curry has thickened and add water & salt into it before covering it with a lid. Allow it to cook over low flame for a couple more minutes and then serve it.
