Ingredients of Poha Chivda

1. Thin Poha1 Cup

2. Oil2 Tbsp

3. Peanuts¼ Cup

4. Gram Dal2 Tbsp

5. Cashew10

6. Dried Red Chilies2

7. Chopped Dry Coconut2 Tsp

8. Mustard1 Tsp

9. Cumin1 Tsp

10. Pinch Hing

11. Few Curry Leaves

12. Turmeric¼ Tsp

13. Salt¼ Tsp

14. Powdered Sugar1 Tsp

How to Make Homemade Poha Chivda

1. Dry Roast poha in a tawa on medium flame or else microwave it for at least 1 minute. Make sure to roast the poha until it becomes crisp. Keep it aside for later use.

2. Add oil in a kadai and heat it & then add peanuts into it. Now, continue to roast them until they turn golden in color or become crunchy.

3. Add dried red chilli, cumin, and mustard into it along with a pinch of hing and curry leaves.

4. Saute the mixture and then add salt, sugar, and turmeric into it. Finally, add roasted poha into the mixture and then mix the ingredients thoroughly.
