1. Refined Flour60 Gms
2. Baking Powder1.5 Tsp
3. Salt1/4 Tsp
4. Oil120 Ml
5. Milk140 Ml
6. Eggss2
7. Sugar150 Gms + 1 Tbsp
8. Grated Nutmeg1/2
9. Cinnamon1/4 tsp
10. Curd2 tbsp
11. Honey2 tsp
12. Chopped Plums1/2 Cup
13. Jeera1/4 tsp
1. Add sugar and oil in a bowl & mix them really well until it becomes creamy and light. Add eggs into the mixture one by one and thoroughly mix the ingredients.
2. Add vanilla extract, honey, and curd into it. Continue to mix it. Now, take another bowl and add all the dry ingredients like cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, salt, and refined flour.
3. Combine the dry mix and wet mix, make sure to alternate it by using milk. Now, add the chopped plums and mix the ingredients properly.
4. Add it into a baking pan, place plums on top, and sprinkle sugar. Bake it for 40-45 minute at 180°C.
