Homemade Plain Parathey

1. Whole Wheat Flour2 Cups
2. Oil Or Ghee1-2 Tsp
3. Salt½ Tsp
4. Water As Required
5. Oil Or Ghee For Roasting
1. Add whole wheat flour into a bowl and then add salt, water, and oil into it. Mix and knead it into a smooth dough.
2. Cover and leave it undisturbed for 30 minutes and again knead the dough. Now, divide it into small parts and make them as small balls.
3. Dust dry flour on one of the balls and roll it out into a thin paratha. Heat tawa on medium heat and place the paratha on it. The paratha will start to puff up at some places. Flip it when its base is ¼ cooked.
4. Add ghee and flip it again when the second side is half cooked. You will now be able to see brown spots on the paratha. Add ghee on that side of the paratha & flip it again until it is cooked evenly.
