Ingredients of Homemade Namak Pare

1. All Purpose Flour1 Cup

2. Fine Semolina2 Tbsp

3. Salt½ Tsp

4. Carom Seeds½ Tsp

5. Ghee 1 Tbsp

6. Oil For Frying

How to Make Homemade Namak Pare

1. Add ghee, ajwain, salt, sooji, and maida in a bowl and thoroughly mix them. Make sure to add a few drops of water to make the dough tight.. Cover the dough and leave it undisturbed for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Add oil into a pan and heat it. Now, take the dough and divide it into two parts.

3. Roll both these parts into a thin circle. Cut the thin circle into a diamond or rectangular shape.

4. Fry them on low heat in a pan until they turn golden brown in color. Transfer them into a plate or bowl and allow it to cool.
