About Homemade Motichoor Ladoo: Motichoor Ladoo, which is commonly offered as prasad is a round-shaped sweet that is made with small balls of besan. Ingredients like dried raisins and chopped nuts are usually added to Motichoor Ladoo.

1. Add gram flour or besan into a large bowl, add orange color, and thoroughly mix them. Add baking soda water into it and blend the mixture really well. You should also ensure that there aren’t any lumps in it.
2. Use a frying pan to heat ghee. Take a perforated ladle and place it on top of the oil. Now, you can start adding the boondi batter. Allow it to fall into the oil and continue to cook it on low flame.
3. Remove the excess oil content on boondi by using tissue papers. Add sugar and water into a pan and allow it to boil for some time. Add cardamom powder into the mix and allow it to cook.
4. Now, add boondi into the mixture and continue to cook until the sugar syrup and boondi have been mixed thoroughly. Turn off the flame and start shaping the ladoo after greasing your hand with ghee.
