1. Yellow Moong Dal1 Cup
2. Ginger1 Inch
3. Salt To Taste
4. Chaat Masala1 Tsp
5. Spring Onion Greens2 Cups
6. Onion1 Cup
7. Coriander 3 Tbsp
8. Green Chill 2 Tsp
9. Oil For Frying
1. Soak moong dal for three to four hours. Drain the water before grinding it to make a coarse paste. Add water if required.
2. Transfer the paste into a bowl, mix it, and make it fluffy. Add all ingredients to the paste and mix them.
3. Add oil into a non stick pan and heat it. Wait for the oil to get hot and then add small quantities of the mixture into it.
4. Fry the moong dal pakoda until it turns brown in color and then serve it.
