1. Maida2 Cups
2. Water As Required
3. Ghee1/2 Cup
4. Dry Flour For Dusting
1. Use the water and knead the flour into pliable and soft dough. Cover and leave it undisturbed for 30 minutes. Now, start making 8 smooth balls with the dough.
2. Roll it into a round shaped ball with approximately ¼ to ⅛ thickness. Add ghee to the surface of the balls.
3. Fold it in half and once smear the surface with ghee. Now, slowly make one more fold from one corner to the other. Roll it thinly.
4. Place the parotta on a heated tawa and wait until it develops brown patches or gets evenly cooked on either side.
