1. Lotus seeds1 Cup
2. Ghee2 Tbsp
3. Full-Fat Milk5 Cup
4. Few Saffron Strands
5. Sugar3/4 Cup
6. Nutmeg Powder1/2 Tsp
7. Pistachio Silvers 1 Tbsp
1. Take a non-stick pan, add ghee into it, and heat it. Add lotus seeds and saute it on medium flame until they become crisp. Turn off the flame and leave it undisturbed for a while. Once it cools, take a mixer and blend it into coarse power. Keep it aside for later use.
2. Take a deep non-stick pan and boil milk in it. Now, add sugar into the pan, mix the ingredients well, and cook it for 2 minutes on high flame along with stirring.
3. Wait for the sugar to dissolve and then add crushed lotus seeds into it after turning the flame to medium medium. Mix the ingredients well and cook it until the milk becomes half.
4. Add nutmeg powder and saffron into it, continue to mix, and cook it for one minute on medium flame. Turn the flame off, allow it to cool, and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
