1. Atta Flour250 Gms

How to Make Homemade Litti Chokha

1. Add all the ingredients together to make dough and then keep it aside for later use.

2. Add sattu in a pan along with other ingredients and mix it really well. Now, make a ball with atta dough and hollow it right at the center.

3. Add the sattu mix and make sure that the stuffing doesn't easily come out.

4. Remove the skin of brinjal and tomato and then put it in a bowl along with other ingredients. Thoroughly mix the ingredients and bake the litti in an oven.
