1. Start by removing the excess sugar syrup from mini rasgullas. Finely grate the khoya, add powdered sugar into it, and then mix the ingredients.
2. Knead it into a dough and add milk if necessary. Now, cook the mixture for two minutes on high flame. Allow it to cool, add rose essence, and knead it well.
3. Now, divide the khoya mixture into small balls and flatten them lightly with your thumb. Make sure to thin the edges and gently place a mini rasgulla.
4. Cover it with khoya, roll them into small balls, and powder khoya into it. Repeat the same procedure for other balls too.
