1. Moong Dal¼ Cup
2. Chilli Powder½-¾ Tsp
3. Turmeric Powder¼ Tsp
4. Coriander Powder½ Teaspoon
5. Crushed Fennel Seeds¾ Tsp
6. Cumin Powder¼ Teaspoon
7. Dry Mango Powder½ Tsp
8. Garam Masala¼ Tsp
9. HingA Pinch
10. Sugar1 Tsp
11. Salt To Taste
12. Water
15. Maida1 Cup

1. Start by dry roasting moong dal in a large kadai & add dry mango powder, crushed fennel seeds, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and chilli powder into it.
2. You should also add sugar, hing, garam masala, and salt to it before adding water. Now, mix the ingredients and keep the stuffing aside for later use.
3. Take a large mixing bowl, add rava, oil, maida, and salt into it. Crumble flour by using oil. Add water slowly and knead to make a dough & cover it.
4. Pinch a small ball sized portion from the dough and then flatten it. Add 1 teaspoon of the stuffing into it. Press and slowly flatten the edges. Deep fry it and use a spoon to puff it up. Turn off the flame and repeat the process for the remaining dough.
