1. Saffron Strands¼ Tsp
2. Crumbled Low Fat Mawa2 Cups
3. Milk1 Tsp
4. Sugar½ Cup
5. Cardamom Powder¼ Tsp
1. Take a small bowl and then add saffron & milk into it. Thoroughly mix them and keep it aside for later use.
2. Add mawa into a non-stick pan and cook it on medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes along with stirring it. Add sugar into it and cook it again on medium flame for a couple more minutes. Make sure to stir continuously..
3. Transfer it into a plate and evenly spread it. Now, cover it and leave it undisturbed for one day.
4. You should crumble the mawa mixture and then add saffron-milk mixture & cardamom powder into it. Now, divide it into equal number of parts before serving or storing.
