Homemade Jalebi

1. All Purpose Flour3 Cup
2. Hung Curd2 Cup
3. Ghee1/2 Cup
4. Sugar3 Cup
5. Strand Saffron5
6. Powdered Green Cardamom1/2 Teaspoon
7. Corn Flour1/2 Cup
8. Baking Soda1 1/2 Pinch
9. Sunflower Oil2 Cup
10. Water3 Cup
11. Rose Essence4 Drops
12. Edible Food Color1/2 Teaspoon
1. Take a bowl and then add baking soda, cornflour, & all purpose-flour into it. Add food color and butter into the mixture and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Now. keep it aside for at least 8 hours.
2. Heat water in a pan and add sugar into it. Continue to mix the ingredients until the sugar dissolves completely. Once the sugar dissolves, add cardamom powder, rose essence, and saffron into it before stirring the mixture.
3. Take a pan and heat oil in it on medium flame. Add the jalebi batter into a muslin cloth and make a tiny hole in the cloth.
4. Make concentric circles by squeezing the cloth and then deep fry the jalebis until they turn golden yellow in color. Soak the deep fried jalebis in a sugar syrup solution that is not too hot before serving them.
