How to Make Hyderabadi Murgh Biryani

1. Clean and add the meat into a pan along with salt, garlic ginger paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon, sauteed brown onions, cloves, cumin seeds, mint leaves, lemon juice, and mace.

2. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and then add clarified butter, curd, saffron, oil, water, and semi cooked rice into it. Mix it well.

3. Apply the sticky dough to the pan’s sides, cover the lid, and cook it for 25 minutes.

4. Once the biryani is cooked, garnish it with boiled eggs before serving.
