Homemade Mini Samosa

1. Flour500 Gm
2. Salt2 Pinches
3. Red Chilli Powder1 Tbsp
4. Coriander Powder2 Tbsp
5. Powdered Asafoetida2 Pinches
6. Vegetable Oil1 Tsp
7. Ghee5 Tbsp
8. Roasted Peanuts500 Gm
9. Garam Masala Powder1 Tsp
10. Powdered Raw Mango2 Tbsp
11. Cumin Seeds1 Tsp
1. Add oil in a pan, heat it, and then add peanuts into it. Now, saute it on low flame until the peanuts become fragrant and crispy. Allow it to cool and crush them coarsely.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds & asafoetida into it. Wait for the seeds to splutter and then add raw mango powder, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and garam masala into it. Saute it properly before adding the roasted peanuts and leave it undisturbed until it cools.
3. Add salt into the sieved flour along with the melted butter and thoroughly mix the ingredients. Add little water and knead to a thick/stiff dough and leave it undisturbed for at least 20 minutes.
4. Knead the dough and divide it into different parts with equal size. Wet the edges and bring them together and make it into a cone shape. Add fillings into the cone and heat them on medium to low flame until they turn light brown in color.
