Ingredients of Homemade Dry Fruit Mixture

1. Raisins3 Tbsp

2. Ghee1 Tbsp

3. Seedless Dates1 Cup

4. Pistachios1/4 Cup

5. Cashews1/4 Cup

6. Cardamom Powder1/2 Tsp

7. Almonds1/4 Cup

How to Make Homemade Dry Fruit Mixture

1. Add seedless dates into a blender and blend them coarsely. Now. keep them aside for later use.

2. Add 1 tsp of ghee into a kadai and then add all other dry fruits like almonds, pistachios, cashews, and raisins into it. Heat them on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes or until their color changes.

3. Add the coarsely blended dates into it and continue frying on medium flame. You can also use a spatula to smash the dates.

4. Add cardamom powder into the mixture and saute the dates until they start releasing oil. Now, turn the flame off and allow it to cool.
