1. Corn Flour White Corn Starch1/2 Cup

3. Dry Fruits Nuts Mixed3/4 Cup

1. Start by dissolving flour in water and keep it aside for later use. Now, take a heavy bottomed pan and then add sugar into it. Now, add water into it and stir it well.
2. Allows the sugar to boil for two minutes and then continue to stir until it becomes glossy. Add ghee and then mix it really well with the ingredients. Now, add powdered cardamom and chopped dry fruits into it.
3. Continue to stir the mixture until tiny whitish bubbles start to appear at the bottom.
4. Pour the halwa into a greased tray and wait for it to become warm. Invert the halwa and tap it gently so that it will come off easily. Now, cut the halwa into small pieces before serving.
