Homemade Dry Fruit Churma

1. Wheat Flour1 Cup
2. Ghee10 Tsp
3. Refined Oil1 1/2 Cup
4. Semolina4 Tbsp
5. Powdered Sugar1/2 Cup
6. Mixed Dry Fruits
7. Milk
1. Add wheat flour into a large bowl along with semolina. Mix the ingredients really well, add ghee, and crumble it with your hands. Pour milk into the mixture and then knead it into a dough. Cover and keep it aside for later use.
2. Place the dough on a flat surface and then divide it into equal numbers of small balls. Take a deep-bottomed pan, add oil into it, and then heat it on medium flame.
3. Wait for the oil to get hot, add churma balls, and then deep fry them. Fry until the balls turn golden brown and crispy. Turn it off and transfer the balls into an absorbent paper. Allow the churma balls to cool.
4. Now, grind them into a smooth powder mixture and then transfer it into a large bowl. Add powdered sugar, dry fruits, and ghee into the mixture. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and then serve it with dal bati.
