1. Unsalted Butter1 Cup
2. Muscovado Sugar1 Cup

4. All Purpose Flour2 Cups + 1 Tablespoon
5. Baking Powder1 ¾ Teaspoons
6. Ground All-spice¼ Teaspoon
7. Ground Cardamom¼ Teaspoon
8. Cinnamon¼ Teaspoon
9. Fresh NutmegFew
10. Dried Cranberries½ Cupp
11. Dried Currants ¾ Cup
12. Raisins1 ¼ Cup
13. Chopped CherriesFew
1. Preheat oven to 140°C. Butter an 8-inch or 20 cm round cake springform or tin and use baking powder to line the bottom.
2. Place nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, all-spice, flour, eggs, muscovado sugar, and soft butter.
3. Add raisins, currants, cranberries, and cherries. Now, pour the mixture to the baking dish and bake it for about 2 or 2 ¼ hours or until it becomes firm.
4. Use an aluminium foil to cover the cake so that it doesn’t get too dark. Allow the cake to cool and then serve it.
