1. Rice3/4 Cup
2. Coriander Leaves1 Cup
3. Ginger1 small piece
4. Green Chill2
5. Onion1/2 small
6. Garlic Cloves4
7. Salt
8. Oil1 tsp
9. TMustard1/4 tsp
10. Chana dal1 tbsp
11. Broken Urad dal1/2 tsp
12. Cashews8
13. Jeera1/4 tsp
1. Cook the rice by adding salt into it and then keep it aside for later use. Take ginger, coriander leaves, and green chilli in a blender, grind the ingredients, and make it into a paste.
2. Add oil into a pan and then heat it. Now, add mustard and wait for it to splutter. Once it splutters, add chana dal, cashews, jeera, and urad dal into the pan.
3. Add garlic and onion into the mixture and saute it until the onion becomes translucent. Now, add salt and coriander powder into the pan and heat it on medium flame.
4. Cook the mixture for at least 3 to 4 minutes and then turn the flame off before adding cooked rice into it. Mix the ingredients well and serve it.
